Table181 was founded by Korean-born Paul Lee, who relocated to Australia with his family as a young man. Paul’s understanding of and passion for South Korea’s ancient ingredients and cuisine was unmatched, and he channeled this dedication into our business. Paul worked tirelessly and with enthusiasm to introduce Australian chefs to the nuances and intricacies of specialty ingredients, and we continue to source them exclusively today. Chefs came to rely on Paul for his understanding and knowledge about Korean cuisine and ingredients, and we are looking forward to continuing to grow his legacy.
